The role emphasizes decorative plumbing and appliances, collaboration with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales to drive conversion and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding design-center clients through decorative plumbing and appliance selections.
• Ability to translate design intent into compatible product selections.
• Ability to document quotes and lead times accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth consultations focused on decorative plumbing and appliance selections.
• Translate design intent and guide clients in product selections that align with project scope, budget, and constraints.
• Identify opportunities to upsell within plumbing and appliances and recommend complementary products.
• Accurately record all selections in CRM and prepare estimates for decorative plumbing and appliances.
• Submit complete, clearly documented selections to Outside Sales for complex quote support; deliver quotes within 48 hours of client visit.
• Collaborate with Design Center Coordinators to manage showroom journey and ensure clear handoffs between design, decorative plumbing, and appliance conversations.
• Support Project Coordinators with cross-category recommendations and drive conversion.

Position Summary

The Product Advisor(DecorativePlumbing & Appliances)is responsible forguidingdesign centerclients through decorative plumbingand appliance selections with confidence, precisionand a strong understanding of functional requirements and design intent. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional showroom experience, ensuringdecorativeplumbing and appliance selections are compatible, complete, accurately documented , and initiatingthe quote process with speed and clarity.

Product Advisors work across multiple product categories, with a core emphasis ondecorativeplumbing and appliances and partner closely with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales to drive conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Client Consultation

• Lead in-depth consultations focused onall CR brands of decorative plumbingand appliance selections

• Translate design intentand guide clientsin product selections that align with project scope, budget, constructionconstraintsand ideal performance

• Identifyopportunities to upsell within plumbingand appliancesand recommend complementary products

CRM & Quote Management

• Accurately record all plumbing and appliance-related selections inCRM

• Prepare estimates andhardquotes for decorativeplumbing and appliances

• Submit complete, clearly documented selections to Outside Sales for complex quotesupport

• Deliver all applicable quotes within 48 hours of the client visit

Collaboration & Client Flow

• Partner with Design Center Coordinators to managetheclientshowroom journeyand ensure clear handoffs between design,decorativeplumbing, and appliance conversations

• Support Project Coordinators withcross categoryrecommendations

Sales Support & Upselling

• Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to upgradeselections

• Ensure selections align withclient preferences and needs

• Support the broader sales team in driving conversion and delivering ahigh‑qualityclient experience

• Cross FunctionalCollaboration: Clear, seamless communication with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales.

• Results: Strong conversion from selection toquote,information provided to the client isaccurateand free from missing or incorrect information, and positive feedback from clients and internal partners.
