Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Accounting Manager to join the Global Corporate Accounting team. You will oversee partner payables across a broad product portfolio, work with Product and Engineering on system integrations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

You will drive the month-end close, design scalable processes, and lead improvement projects while coordinating with offshore teams and rights holders on reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field (in progress or completed).
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with financial statements, general ledger entries, and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely US GAAP month-end close with support to the close process.
• Perform and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead offshore team coaching and ensure delivery per SOPs.
• Implement new accounting policies and related controls.
• Prepare royalty reporting to rights holders monthly and quarterly.
• Support audits and coordinate documentation and remediation of findings.
