Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience in a global, high-growth environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation programs in ambiguous spaces.
• Ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority.
• Experience researching and documenting complex accounting conclusions.
• Operationalizing US GAAP-compliant processes, reconciliations, and design.
• Designing or remediating internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Executive-level written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and quantitative problem solving.
• Subject matter expert for lease accounting across an enterprise.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
• Experience with lease accounting systems (CoStar, LeaseQuery, Visual Lease) and ERP (Oracle, SAP).
• Experience evaluating embedded leases, capacities, and IRU or power/colocation agreements.
• ASC 842 lease accounting at scale including transition, modification, or re-measurement.
• Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Experience in infrastructure, data center, telecom, fiber or network asset accounting.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting transactions and processes supporting daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
