PRMI in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue origination while building and leading a high-performing team. You will leverage your client network to grow the branch's production and profit, while enjoying full support from processing, underwriting, closing and back-office staff.

You bring 3 years of retail mortgage origination, a current Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) and a path to a Principal Lending license if required.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). Possess a Principal Lending license or eligibility.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for a branch.

Responsabilités

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
