Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer in Birmingham, AL. You will continue originating loans while earning commission, with a base salary set from your production history and a branch override. A sign-on bonus is available.

You will have processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support to maximize your production and focus on recruiting, coaching, and growth of the branch. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS)
• Possess a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders
• Leadership or player-coach experience for a branch role

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

What you'll do

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
