PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Mobile, AL to continue originating while building and leading a production-focused team. You will enjoy a base salary tied to your history, plus commissions on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available.

We provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching; your branch will benefit from broader company infrastructure and product access

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign‑on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk‑manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back‑office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player‑coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
