Primary-Residential-Mortgage, Inc. in Montgomery, AL seeks a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader) to lead a high-producing loan-originating team on-site. You will keep originating and leverage processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production and coaching.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, drive the branch's culture and P&L, and continue generating personal deals while expanding the team’s production and market reach.

Competenze

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• You hold a Principal Lending license or can obtain one where required by state.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
