Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Mobile, AL to continue originating while building and leading a production-focused team. You will enjoy a base salary tied to your history, plus commissions on personal production and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus available.

We provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching; your branch will benefit from broader company infrastructure and product access

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS)
• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for a branch leadership role

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
