Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in comparable branch management or product-area experience.
• Active licenses: Series 7, 8 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63/65) and 3; Series 31 acceptable if branch conducts managed futures.
• Other licenses as required by role or management.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of high net worth households and manage long-term client relationships.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors; lead branch sales and service efforts.
• Ensure regulatory, legal and compliance standards are met; monitor risk and supervise operations.
• Develop and lead teams; coordinate with Market Executive and other branches.
• Communicate performance status and issues to leadership; drive market growth.
