Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Long Beach, CA. You will continue originating loans while leading a branch with processing, underwriting, and back-office support provided, enabling focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

You must have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, be licensed (NMLS) and capable of obtaining a Principal Lending license if required. You will mentor loan officers and drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS); Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain as required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
