Job summary

Roller Rabbit is seeking a Content Producer to own the end-to-end production of our photo and video shoots — from ecommerce to social, campaigns, and events. You will bridge creative and marketing, coordinating photographers, stylists, models, and crews to deliver on-brand assets, on time and on budget.

This role balances studio days with live brand moments, building shoot calendars, tracking samples, call sheets, and logistics, while partnering with events for activations as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of production experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand content.
  • Hands-on experience building call sheets, shot lists, and production budgets.
  • Established network of photographers, videographers, stylists, and crew you can call on.
  • Strong eye for photography, styling, and brand storytelling, with the judgment to know when something isn’t working.
  • Excellent budget management skills, with comfort building, tracking, and reporting on shoot‑level costs.
  • Exceptional organization under pressure — you keep dozens of moving pieces straight and stay calm when the plan changes.
  • Willingness to travel for location shoots, and to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends around the production calendar.
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the production calendar across e-commerce, video, and campaign shoots, balancing lead time, budget, and crew capacity against the seasonal marketing and merchandising plan.
  • Scout, source, and book locations, studios, and permits; negotiate rates and secure the necessary insurance and releases.
  • Cast and book talent, photographers, videographers, stylists, hair and makeup, and production assistants — building and maintaining a deep bench of trusted freelancers.
  • Build call sheets, shot lists, and run-of-show schedules; distribute them and make sure everyone shows up knowing exactly what the day requires.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to translate seasonal concepts and mood boards into a realistic, well-scoped production plan.
  • On-set: run the set, manage the schedule, and troubleshoot in real time; coordinate equipment, catering, transportation, and all day-of logistics.
  • Manage the post pipeline — selects, retouching, color, and video edits — through to final delivery against channel deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, well-tagged digital asset library; track usage rights, licensing windows, and talent agreements.
  • Build and manage budgets for each shoot, from crew and location through post‑production; track actuals against plan and reconcile invoices.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with studios, production vendors, retouchers, and freelance crew.
  • Report on production output and cost‑per‑asset, and translate learnings into sharper planning for the next season.
  • Events team support on production for brand events, activations, and launches; vendor coordination and day-of logistics.

Job description

Photo & Video Shoots, Campaign and Social Content | Full-Time

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer, VP Marketing & Ecommerce | Location: NYC HQ (Hybrid — 3 days in-office / 2 days remote) | Travel: 20–35%

POSITION OVERVIEW

Roller Rabbit is seeking a Content Producer to own the end-to-end production of our photo and video shoots — from eCommerce, to social, and always-on content, to seasonal campaigns. This person will be the connective tissue between our creative and marketing teams and the photographers, stylists, models, locations, and crew who bring each shoot to life, making sure every asset lands on brand, on time, and on budget.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable building a shoot calendar in a spreadsheet and keeping a set running on the day — tracking samples, handling call sheets, and solving problems.

This role also supports our Events team on production for brand events, activations, and launches as they arise, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys moving between studio days and live brand moments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the production calendar across e-commerce, video, and campaign shoots, balancing lead time, budget, and crew capacity against the seasonal marketing and merchandising plan.
Creative Partnership
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to translate seasonal concepts and mood boards into a realistic, well-scoped production plan.
  • Pressure-test creative ambition against budget and timeline, and bring back options rather than roadblocks.
  • Ensure every asset produced reflects Roller Rabbit's brand aesthetic, product story, and visual standards.
On-Set Execution
  • Run the set — manage the schedule, keep the shot list on track, and troubleshoot in real time
  • Own sample and product logistics end-to-end: pulling, tracking, steaming, styling support, and returning every piece in sellable condition.
  • Coordinate equipment, catering, transportation, and all day‑of logistics for crew and talent.
  • Manage the post pipeline — selects, retouching, color, and video edits — through to final delivery against channel deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑tagged digital asset library so teams across the business can find and use what they need without asking.
  • Track usage rights, licensing windows, and talent agreements, and flag expirations before they become a problem.
Events Team Support
  • Support the Events team on production for brand events, activations, and launches — vendor coordination, run‑of‑show, load‑in and load‑out, and day‑of logistics.
  • Capture content on‑site at events so brand moments are documented and usable across marketing and social channels.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, e‑commerce, merchandising, and events, and will work closely with department leadership across Roller Rabbit and the broader Vivid Group portfolio to keep the content calendar aligned with company priorities and brand standards.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 4–6 years of production experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand content — in‑house, at an agency, or as a freelance producer — with a track record of owning shoots end‑to‑end.
  • Hands‑on experience building call sheets, shot lists, and production budgets, and running a set day‑of.
  • An established network of photographers, videographers, stylists, and crew you can call on.
  • Strong eye for photography, styling, and brand storytelling, with the judgment to know when something isn't working.
  • Excellent budget management skills, with comfort building, tracking, and reporting on shoot‑level costs.
  • Exceptional organization under pressure — you keep dozens of moving pieces straight and stay calm when the plan changes.
  • A flexible, get‑it‑done operating style; comfortable in a creative review and on set at 6am when the light is right.
  • Willingness to travel for location shoots, and to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends around the production calendar.
  • Fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail experience strongly preferred.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • A well‑managed, forward‑looking production calendar that delivers the assets each channel needs, on time and on budget.
  • Shoots that run smoothly and end on schedule, with a repeatable production playbook other team members can execute against.
  • A deep, reliable roster of crew and vendors who want to work with Roller Rabbit again.
  • A clean, well‑organized asset library with clear usage rights, so nothing gets lost or used past its license.
  • Events supported smoothly and captured well, with the Events team confident they have a production partner they can lean on.

Roller Rabbit is a fashion and lifestyle retail brand under the Vivid Group portfolio. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and partners closely with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, events, and marketing. Based at our NYC headquarters on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote), with 20–35% travel for location shoots
