Job summary

Roller Rabbit LLC seeks a Content Producer to own end-to-end production for photo and video shoots across ecommerce, social, and seasonal campaigns. You will connect our creative and marketing teams with photographers, stylists, models, locations, and crew to ensure assets land on brand, on time, and on budget.

You will balance calendar planning with on-set execution, tracking samples, call sheets, and problem-solving, while supporting brand events and activations as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of production experience in fashion and lifestyle.
• Ability to manage shoots from concept to delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production calendar across photo and video shoots, balancing lead time, budget, and crew capacity.
• Scout, source, and book locations, studios, and permits; negotiate rates and secure insurances and releases.
• Cast and book talent, photographers, videographers, stylists, hair/makeup, and crew; build a reliable freelance bench.
• Build call sheets, shot lists, and run-of-show schedules; ensure everyone knows the day’s requirements.
