DJEH is seeking a seasoned Producer in New York, NY to scope, define, and lead production projects from concept to delivery. You will manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relations while ensuring high-quality creative execution across broadcast, video, digital, and experiential work.
You will coordinate with creative, strategy, technology, and account teams and mentor junior talent, driving production excellence and client satisfaction.

As a Producer you will scope, define, manage, and lead the implementation of production projects while keeping business requirements in mind and applying best practices. From start to finish, precise communication, delegation and leadership are the necessary requirements for a successful Producer. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
