Job summary

Cramer Inc. is seeking a Producer to work on client-facing event programs, handling logistics and ensuring delivery on time and on budget in collaboration with the core team.

The producer may support a Senior Producer on more complex programs and must bring agency or production experience with strong client service and quality focus. Responsibilities include managing Event, Speaker Support and Print projects; budgeting; timelines; client meetings; leading production teams; booking entertainment;

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (mid-level contributor).
• Agency experience or related production experience.
• Willing to travel about 25–30%.
• Knowledge of video formats and production processes.
• SharePoint knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all elements of Event, Speaker Support and Print projects.
• Strong financial management and budget creation experience required.
• Creates and monitors timelines ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Attends client meetings, manages status reports and records notes.
• Maintains exceptional working relationship with clients and acts professionally in all interactions.
• Leads a project team of production resources including freelance staff and vendors.
• Creates and manages budgets with input from Directors and Operations.
• Selects and books entertainment, actors and voiceover talent.
• Supports on-site activities onsite for events.
• Ensures the prompt and accurate reconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned account team.
• Submits time sheets, expense reports, and all administrative paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Projects managed independently will be assigned based on experience and training.
• Organized, detail-oriented and responsible with a 'get it done' attitude.

Job description

The Producer works on client facing projects for event programs. This personis responsible forhandlinglogisticsas well as making sure project elements are delivered on time and on budget in conjunction with the core team. Projects will be assigned to be managedindependently,and the producer may also be asked to support a Senior Producer on more complex programs. As an externally facing team member, we look for accountable, driven, professional people who put client service and quality first. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills arerequiredfor this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both event and video projects from an agency or other production environment.

Compensation Range: $65-80K

This range reflects total target compensation for this position, including base salary and variable pay. Actual compensation may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
