Job summary

RSM& in Charlotte, NC seeks a Producer to support experiential marketing programs, retail activations, and shopper campaigns for assigned accounts. You will coordinate deliverables, maintain communication, and assist in executing programs with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, agency, events, account management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, project management, and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to shifting project needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, and initiative.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, including occasional non-standard hours during live program execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned programs with excellence.
• Support day-to-day execution of experiential marketing programs, retail activations, and client initiatives.
• Develop presentations, proposals, marketing materials and recaps; assist with presenting in meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with client service teams and internal shared service departments to deliver results.
• Source assets, materials, supplies, and/or media to support programs and events.
• Assist with approvals, project updates, and communication between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with third party vendors, partners and contractors to secure staffing and services.
• Maintain attention to detail while balancing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Track and report expenses; review program P&Ls for accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Occasional travel to kick-off events, high-profile events, and client meetings (20%).
• Represent RSM& and client partners professionally during meetings and events.

About the Role:
The Producer supports the execution of experiential marketing programs, retail activations, and shopper marketing campaigns for assigned client accounts. This role partners closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to help coordinate deliverables, maintain strong communication, and support successful program execution.

Responsibilities:
