Job summary

Western Midstream in Carlsbad, New Mexico is seeking a full-time Produced & Recycled Water Foreman to lead the safe, reliable operation of produced-water and recycled-water assets. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support asset reliability across gathering, storage, recycling, distribution, and disposal facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in produced-water, recycled-water, midstream, oil and gas, or related industrial operations.
Minimum of one to two years in a lead, supervisory, or operational leadership role.
Familiarity with produced-water gathering, transportation, storage, recycling, distribution and disposal operations.
Working knowledge of pipelines, pumps, tanks, disposal facilities, valves, controls, instrumentation, automation systems, and related equipment.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and field instrumentation.
Ability to read and interpret operating procedures, P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.

Responsibilities

Comply with company policies and applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, train, and develop Lead Operators, Operators, and other personnel.
Plan and assign daily work activities while maintaining staffing and coverage.
Coordinate facility startups, shutdowns, and operational changes.
Oversee the daily operation of produced-water systems and ensure asset reliability.
