Western Midstream in Carlsbad, NM, is seeking a full-time Foreman to lead produced-water and recycled-water assets. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support reliability of gathering, storage, recycling, distribution, and disposal facilities.
You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Instrumentation and Electrical, Engineering, HSE, Commercial, and contractors.

Our core assets provide services for customers in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, and the DJ Basin in northeastern Colorado, and the Powder River Basin in Northeast Wyoming. Additional assets and investments are located in South Texas, Utah, and Southwest Wyoming.
We’re engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, recycling, treating and disposing of produced water for our customers. In our capacity as a natural gas processor, we also buy and sell natural gas, NGLs, and condensate on our behalf and our customers under certain gas processing contracts.

This full-time Produced & Recycled Water Foreman position is based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and is responsible for leading the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Western Midstream’s produced-water and recycled-water assets. The Foreman will supervise field personnel, coordinate daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the reliability of assigned gathering, storage, recycling, distribution, and disposal facilities.
The Foreman will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Instrumentation and Electrical, Engineering, Health, Safety and Environmental, Commercial, Land,
contractors, and other support groups. This position is expected to lead by example, develop employees, promote accountability, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work is primarily performed outdoors and may involve extreme heat or cold, high winds, dust, noise, uneven terrain, and other conditions associated with oil and gas field operations.
Travel is primarily local between assigned facilities. Additional travel may be required based on operational, training, project, or business needs.
This position will work the schedule associated with the assigned operating area. The schedule may include overtime, weekends, holidays, after-hours coverage, on-call responsibilities, and emergency callouts.

The successful candidate must live within the required response distance of the Carlsbad, New Mexico, reporting location or be willing to relocate. The specific response-time or residency requirement will be communicated during the selection process and confirmed before an offer is made.
