Western Midstream in Texas seeks a maintenance supervisor to oversee contractors, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance across Delaware/Permian Basin sites.
You will read schematics, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate field technicians to perform upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance on mechanical piping and pump systems, with an 8/6 schedule and 0–10% travel.

Our core assets provide services for customers in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, and the DJ Basin in northeastern Colorado, and the Powder River Basin in Northeast Wyoming. Additional assets and investments are located in South Texas, Utah, and Southwest Wyoming.
We’re engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, recycling, treating and disposing of produced water for our customers. In our capacity as a natural gas processor, we also buy and sell natural gas, NGLs, and condensate on our behalf and our customers under certain gas processing contracts.

The successful candidate for this position is responsible for, overseeing contractors perform maintenance, facility upgrades, installation, of mechanical piping and equipment. Other responsibilities include ensuring our equipment is being installed up to company standards and is working correctly. Technicians also answer trouble calls and/or coordinate the correct contractor for the job to get the issue resolved. Filling in for Leads and field technicians to perform daily operations.
