Whole Foods Market Rogers, AR is seeking a Produce Team Member to help receive and prepare product, keep the Produce floor clean and inviting, and build attractive displays that meet WFM standards. You will assist with stocking, rotating stock, and ensuring codes and pricing are accurate.

This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork. No prior retail experience is required; you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights,

Responsabilidades

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked, front-facing, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising of product.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment per cleanliness and safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
