Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Rogers, AR is seeking a Produce Team Member to assist with processing and merchandising in the department. You will provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.

No prior retail experience is required, and training will be provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Ensures product quality and prep according to WFM guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program and clean department.
• Punctuality and proper grooming; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and follows leadership instructions.
