Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is hiring a full-time Produce Supervisor to lead the Produce department and create a premier shopping experience. Competitive wage ranges from $23.50 to $27.25 per hour, with a full-time schedule and shifts from 6:00am to 9:00pm.

The role includes coaching staff, stocking, and maintaining department cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in produce or food service, plus supervisory experience and strong knowledge of food safety and retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in Produce or food service.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong food preparation and retail operations knowledge.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word; food safety certification obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Rotate and stock produce to ensure freshness and quality.
• Assist the manager in coaching, training, and leading staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department.

Job Description

Lunds & Byerlys Eaganis currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Produce Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $23.50 - 27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am - 9:00pm.

PRODUCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Produce Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Rotating and stocking produce to ensure fresh and quality products are available
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Produce or food service
  • Previous supervisory experience desired
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
  • Strong understanding of retail operations
  • Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
