Lunds & Byerlys Maple Grove is currently hiring a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $24.50-$29.13/hr.

We operate 7 days/week from 6:00am-10:00pm and we schedule shifts between 7:00am-11:00pm. Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for greeting customers, supervising front-end operations, bookkeeping and payroll processing, and training

Qualifications

• Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including scanning items, entering pricing data, processing payment, and packaging groceries.

Lunds & Byerlys Maple Grove is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $24.50-$29.13/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00am-11:00pm.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
