Lunds & Byerlys Eden Prairie is hiring a full-time Deli Assistant Manager to create a sensational shopping experience. The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr and benefits. You will supervise staff, coach teams, and help drive financial performance in a bustling deli department.

Open seven days a week with shifts 7:00am-9:00pm; you’ll be scheduled within that range. If hospitality and leadership appeal to you, join our team in Eden Prairie, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership.
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and retail operations.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Lunds & Byerlys Eden Prairie is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Deli Assistant Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00am-9:00pm.

DELI ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Deli Assistant Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers


• Assisting with supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees


• Assisting with analyzing financials and ensuring the department is meeting financial goals


• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
