Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, rotating, and restocking products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, responds to customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising of products.
• Follows procedures on weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment to standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
