Job summary

Whole Foods Market Produce team member is responsible for receiving and preparing product, maintaining the Produce floor and displays, and providing friendly, efficient service to customers and team members. The role involves stocking, shelf presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, supporting inventory checks, and ensuring accurate signage and pricing while upholding WFM core values and community initiatives

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean and well stocked with front-facing products.
• Assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Complete required worksheets on spoilage, temperature, and sweeps.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide courteous, proactive customer service and respond to phones promptly.
• Ensure accurate signs, pricing, and signage.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
