Job summary

Harps is seeking a Produce Clerk to support the Produce Department operations, including readiness, staffing, pricing, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment. You will handle replenishment, ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and adherence to Food safety standards while building relationships with customers and colleagues.

The role emphasizes customer service, integrity, professionalism and a safety-focused mindset, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Stands and walks continuously during shift.
• Ability to work in varying weather and indoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support Produce Department operations including readiness, staffing, pricing, policies and safety.
• Assist with replenishment, receiving, invoicing and inventory preparation.
• Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper displays and signing.
• Support fresh food preparation and production while upholding food safety standards.
• Demonstrate problem solving, integrity, and customer service in daily tasks.
