Harps Food Stores, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to support department operations, inventory and merchandising while delivering friendly customer service. You will help maintain displays, ensure freshness, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a minimum 18 years old, flexible scheduling, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and strong teamwork and communication. You will participate in safety and quality initiatives daily.

Competenze

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities.
Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Moves, lifts and places merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance.
May be exposed to all weather conditions and cleaning solvents.

Mansioni

Produce Department Operations – support readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory prep, cleanliness and safety.
Replenishment & Inventory Procedures – assist with ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards – stock displays, signage, rotation and customer facing areas.
Fresh Food Preparation & Production – assist with food prep and maintaining safe handling.
Problem Solving – identify issues and apply logic to find solutions.
Safety/Quality Orientation – follow procedures to ensure high-quality product and personal safety.
