Job summary

You will serve as a model for customer service, actively engage with shoppers, and foster an environment of continual learning and teamwork among teammates. You will lead by example to maintain product quality, perform proper stock rotation, assist with pricing and signage, train teammates, monitor for damaged goods, and ensure a safe, clean department while continually

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of produce products and department equipment.
• Ability to read and write English; good customer relations; ability to calculate margins and retail prices; ability to manage effectively.

Responsibilities

• Control damaged and spoiled/out of date products per policy.
• Communicate and coordinate with Produce Manager.
• Follow procedures for receiving, pricing, marking, and restocking.
• Maintain signage and displays; ensure product rotation.
• Interact with customers daily.
