Responsibilities

• Execute Receiving Inspection in the Produce Warehouse.
• Collaborate with merchandising and procurement to enforce quality specs.
• Inform the team about suspect product and problem areas affecting quality.
• Provide quality level data to Produce Merchandising and Procurement.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record-keeping system.
• Monitor weight checks and ensure proper bill backs with accounting.
• Maintain sanitation and bacteriological controls for food safety.
• Perform day and night operations to uphold quality standards.
