Job summary

• Ensures product meets WFM quality guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean and logs sweep activities.
• Arrives on time and is prepared for shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Maintains compliance with health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean work and shopping environments and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Follows directions and supports store, regional, and national leadership.
