Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in the food preparation / food processing field preferred.
• Knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices in produce processing.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines under supervision.
• Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all orders by selecting proper product for processing, by hand or by machine.
• Ensure proper sanitation from raw to ready-to-eat.
• Package products using designated materials.
• Use scales and determine tare weights for pricing.
• Ensure quality of all products processed.
