• Knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices in produce food preparation.
• Ability to follow instructions under immediate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all orders by selecting proper product for processing to meet custom cuts.
• Ensure sanitation methods are used from raw to ready-to-eat products.
• Pack and label orders using designated packaging materials.
• Use scales to identify tare weights and assist with pricing as needed.
