Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Produce knowledge and product availability awareness.
• Ability to learn nutritional information and products.
• Strong math and counting accuracy for inventory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes produce following proper buying procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and shrink, achieves turn goals.
• Stocking and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
• Ensure timely and accurate product orders to monitor inventory turns.
• Oversee customer special orders and transfers.
• Analyze waste and spoilage, support inventories.
• Provide courteous customer service and team support.
