Job summary

Price Rite SECANE is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the Produce department, maximize sales, safeguard assets and maintain store presentation to meet company objectives. You will report to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and supervise 10–15 team members, handle interviews, training, scheduling, coaching and performance reviews, while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; two-year college or university preferred, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry to work tasks.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and handle problems with various variables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 10–15 team members; interview, hire, train, schedule and coach.
• Maintain store conditions and presentation to maximize sales and protect assets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Drive department profitability and maintain inventory through proper stocking and ordering.
