Qualifications

• Knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead produce department operations and maintain freshness.
• Monitor inventory levels and supervise replenishment.
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance per ServSafe.
• Inspect cases, coolers, and freezers daily.
• Assist with receiving and inspection of meat shipments.
• Support attendance and coordination across departments.
• Analyze sales, waste, and shrink data.
