Qualifications

• 2+ years in produce operations, grocery retail, or food handling.
• Strong knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Produce Department Operations: maintain freshness and proper labeling.
• Manage inventory and timely replenishment to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Apply FIFO rotation and ensure product quality and safety standards.
• Sanitation, safety compliance, and proper use of department equipment.
• Support promotional execution and report operational concerns as needed.
