Job summary

Price Rite SEEKONK seeks an Assistant Produce Manager to oversee the Produce department, maximize sales, protect company assets, and contribute to store performance. You will support store leadership and drive department standards.

The role requires an AA degree or 1–2 years related experience, plus strong reading, writing, math, and communication skills. This position offers cross-training opportunities and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups.
• Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, quantities; basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense in following written or oral instructions.
• Ability to stand long hours, lift and move objects; tolerate varying temperatures.
