Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years related experience/training or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic including discounts and percentages.
• Ability to apply algebra and geometry concepts.
• Ability to handle several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 10-15 team members in the store.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan and direct work.
• Maintain store conditions to improve profitability and presentation.
• Maximize department sales and profits; control losses.
• Develop a team concept and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and training align with policies.
