The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce & Floral Department Lead to support the Produce & Floral Department Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead with care, coach the team, and ensure the department operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will monitor labor, manage inventory with the team, and collaborate with department leaders to drive sales and profitability. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets or retail.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS and scheduling tools.
• Must be 21 years or older.
