Job summary

Sullivan's Marketplace Brandon seeks an Assistant Produce Manager to support daily operations in Produce and Floral. You will supervise shift work, maintain high standards for product freshness, and create appealing displays while assisting customers with selections.

You will help with inventory, merchandising, and department presentation, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong team collaboration in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Merchandising and display maintenance in Produce/Floral
• Experience coordinating with local vendors or farmers

• Ability to learn responsibilities across Produce and Floral departments

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation and supervision of the Produce and Floral departments.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, presentation, and rotation.
• Create attractive, well-stocked produce and floral displays.
• Assist customers with product selection and friendly service.
• Assist with floral arrangements, merchandising, ordering, and department presentation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotation.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company requirements.
• Complete admin duties and record-keeping accurately and timely.
• Assist with training and supporting department associates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position.
