Job summary

The Fresh Market in Destin, FL is seeking a Produce & Floral Department Lead who will support the Department Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the department looks its best. You will mentor team members, manage daily operations, and contribute to store success.

You will work closely with leadership to implement merchandising plans, monitor inventory, and coach staff on hospitality standards to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of progressive management experience in supermarkets/retail or related hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while delivering guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
