Job summary

The Fresh Market in Greenville, SC is seeking a Produce & Floral Specialist to lead freshness and presentation across the Produce, Floral & Gift Center departments. You will own product rotation, signage accuracy, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We value detail-oriented multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with at least 2 years of grocery or hospitality experience and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all producem, floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of produce, floral & gift center items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
