Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce & Floral Specialist to lead produce, floral, and gift center excellence. You’ll ensure product freshness, accurate rotation, appealing presentation, and strict food safety compliance while engaging guests with friendly service.

You\'ll own inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and promotions support, collaborating with department leadership to keep the department ready for seasonal events and high turnover periods.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and work fast.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure produce, floral, and gift center products meet freshness and dating standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain product placement and signage.
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment with department leadership.
• Assist front-end operations during peak times as a cashier or in other areas.
