Job summary

Festival Foods in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Part-Time Produce Clerk to help maintain fresh produce, assist guests, and uphold food safety standards. This 28-hour/week role reports to the Produce Department Manager and requires friendly, reliable team members.

Shifts follow an 8am–5pm schedule with varying days, including weekends. You will stock, rotate using FIFO, and ensure cleanliness of the produce department while delivering excellent guest service to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Customer service ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work well with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of safety requirements and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-person and by phone to assist with items and special requests.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate products using FIFO for freshness.
• Keep sales floor and cooler clean and organized; log temperatures as required.
• Maintain cooler and supplies; order items such as dips, spices, and herbs when needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team and ensure guest satisfaction.
