Festival Foods in Verona, WI is looking for a Produce Clerk to help keep our produce fresh and guests satisfied. As part of our retail team, you’ll handle stock, assist customers, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Clear oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in person and by phone, assisting with items, orders, and requests.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate products using FIFO to ensure freshness.
• Keep the sales floor and cooler clean and organized; log temperatures daily.
• Ensure supplies in the produce cooler are stocked; order dips, spices, herbs as needed.
• Support the team; perform other duties as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and provide notice for replacements.
