Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring product freshness, accurate merchandising, promotions execution, inventory checks, backroom organization, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Any produce or retail experience.
• Any management experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead during primetime hours to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Partner with store and department leaders to develop a high-performance culture.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure stock/rotation.
• Create and execute promotions in partnership with store management.
• Ensure in-stock behaviors and inventory processes are followed daily.
• Uphold safety procedures and report risks or incidents.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
