Minimum Requirements
  • Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights as needed, including weekends and holidays.
  • Understanding of key components of department operations (managing people, merchandising, inventory, customer service, labor scheduling, expense control, etc.).
  • Knowledge of produce, food preparation, and general store operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with employees, customers, and supervision.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and handle stressful situations tactfully.
  • Effective skills in production, merchandising, and customer service related to produce sales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in food preparation or similar fields.
  • Dependability and integrity in past work records.
  • Ability to develop customer relations and enforce company policies.
  • Security awareness and customer complaint handling skills.
  • Experience in personnel management, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Ability to supervise store operations, including inventory, display, and cleanliness standards.
