Minimum Requirements
  • Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Understanding of department operations such as managing people, merchandising, inventory, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense control.
  • Knowledge of produce and store operations.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Skills in production, merchandising, and customer service related to produce sales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in food preparation or related work.
  • Dependability and integrity in work history.
  • Ability to develop customer relations and ensure departmental policies are followed.
  • Capability to supervise all aspects of the produce department, including staffing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and act with honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
