Brookshire Grocery Company in Farmersville, TX is seeking a Produce Manager to oversee department sales, quality control, and staff leadership in the produce and floral areas. You’ll manage inventory, execute promotions, maintain safety standards, train partners, and ensure fresh displays while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail produce, Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications;

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff: interview, hire, train, and develop partners.
• Review data to predict sales and manage inventory for in-stock levels.
• Maintain product quality, safety standards, and visual displays.
• Lead promotions, customer service, and sales growth initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy of paperwork and regulatory labeling.
