Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.

• Maintain and improve sales, finances, public relations, and work standards.
• Ensure product quality and food safety standards; adhere to labeling regulations.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and respond to inquiries.
